Sunni Wilson joined PHAIWA in April 2012 to edit the WA Indigenous Storybook series, of which she published nine editions of the unique resource with Dr Mel Stoneham. Sunni has worked extensively with Aboriginal people and communities and has a strong interest in the area of Aboriginal health. Sunni is currently a Senior Coordinator at PHAIWA and she oversees the organisation’s media and communication processes and supports PHAIWA’s Horizon projects. Sunni has a Bachelor of Communications from Murdoch University in WA and is an experienced journalist who has previously worked at ABC Perth, GWN7, The Sunday Times Newspaper and PerthNow.
